Returing product! Horrible service

This company is crap when u can't even get anyone to call back. This will be a NO. I cant get anyone ro call back and the number provided is automatically hangs up so you have no opportunity to speak with anyone

I never got any response back from goPure

I was on a live with Stephanie classie and she always asks for a unfamiliar name so I was Leah and because I have won previously in the past I was told Im not receiving any winnings from what I actually won was denied and I was so upset completely ignored by email and phone calls I suggest that people be aware of this especially if you get very upset and depressed about it because thats what they did to me

Called to have an item shipped quicker off my auto ship but sadly Im still waiting for the neck cream. Ive been out for a week. My auto ship already arrived and my neck cream went out before the auto ship. So a bit disappointed. Also I asked for my auto ship to go out early which had my neck cream but they shipped my neck cream alone so now Im paying shipping twice because they didnt understand my request.

I ordered the Neck and Chest cream but found it actually made the wrinkles on my neck deeper. Surprisingly I received another jar the next month and then another jar the month after that. I have been trying to get hold of them by phone, email and text to ask them to stop sending them and charging my account and how can I return the last shipment. All my tries to contact them have been ignored. What can I do?

User's recommendation: Don't set up monthly shipments with them because if you want to cancel them you can never get hold of them.

Poor Packaging and NO Response from Customer Service

I have purchase multiple product from GoPure over the past year or so. During that time I have had several issues with the packaging of multiple products. I emailed the company each time and received no response from customer service. I DO like their Eye Gel product, which really does smooth, hydrate and tighten the delicate under eye skin. The frustration caused by the latest incident with the Eye Gel dispense cap coming off as I tried to use it prompted my writing on this website. Other product packaging issues that I have experienced are: the dropper of the Firm and Lift serum did not work because it would not pull liquid into the tube: the plastic of the Vitamin C cleanser bottle is too hard to squeeze to release product: the airless delivery system in products like Pure Retinol and Vitamin C night creams wastes way too much product; I dont know who designs the packaging or tests it prior to release but it is poor. The worst issue: each time I have emailed the company, I get NO reply.
